Join us on our weekly Speed Run. Here we focus on running mentality, running mechanics, understanding pace/effort, speed and being mindful of how the mind and body are feeling moment to moment.

Interval Thursdays are designed to give you an opportunity to take your running to the next level! Our professionally designed workouts cater to the beginner all the way to the expert runner, with pace groups to match each level of fitness capacity.

As a coach, my goal is to provide guidance, knowledge, objectivity, and accountability. I believe in long-term improvements. Sure, anyone can improve quite a bit when they’re first getting into running, however, in order to get the absolute most out of your natural ability, requires focus, grit, and determination to achieve beyond the average.

I want to support runners who are in it for the long haul; those who have the motivation to reach goals immediately, but are also patient and understand that many of their top performances may be many months or years away. I take into consideration my athletes medium to long term goals, and design programs that fit within the stressors in their lives and then chart a path to get there!

Most importantly we must be able to enjoy the process instead of just the outcomes, and I’m here to help my athletes to stay motivated and consistent when things get tough. Remember, we’re in it for the long-haul!
