At Peaceful Training, we specialize in combining strength and cardiovascular training, with mindfulness and meditation.
With this approach, our mission is to create a sustainable fitness model, that considers the whole person and not just the physical body.
In order to achieve our mission, we integrate mindfulness throughout three primary areas of well-being: the physical being, the nutritional being, and the mental-emotional being.
